The Trading Room is a multimillion-dollar facility featuring state-of-art hardware, best-of-breed databases, and sophisticated simulation software – all of which help students develop the technical, analytical and research skills required in the 21st-century workplace.

Established in 1997, the Trading Room offers innovative classroom instruction and research opportunities for students, faculty, and industry partners. Trading and investing exercises give students a firsthand grasp of concepts such as asset allocation, diversification, financial analysis, market efficiency, portfolio construction, and risk management.
