In this session, participants will be introduced to the positive cultural principles adopted by Bentley’s Cabinet in 2019. These principles, born out of the Center for Positive Organizations, allow us to strive toward creating a positive organizational culture. We all play a vital role in organizational culture and can use these principles to guide our everyday leadership.
