The Rainbow Conference, hosted by the Rainbow Scholars, is the culmination of a year-long journey exploring leadership, LGBTQ+ experiences, and advocacy. This year’s discussions will focus on three main areas: LGBTQ+ Mentorship and Relationship Building, The Economics of Inclusivity, and LGBTQ+ Wellbeing and Attitudes.

Open to all, this interactive event is designed to spark conversation, deepen understanding, and inspire action. Facilitated by our student leaders, these workshops will feature engaging and hands-on activities where participants will have the opportunity to reflect, learn, and connect with others in a meaningful way.
