About this Event
This workshop is designed to give participants theoretical as well as practical experience in conflict resolution for typical interactions that may arise in everyday life. Recognizing that conflict perpetually exists as we navigate our lives, this workshop emphasizes the philosophy that conflict is neither good nor bad; it is what you do with it that matters. To that end, participants will learn their own conflict styles, become familiar with how those styles show up in how we problem-solve, as well as provide tools and skills on how to flex to other styles of conflict when needed. Additionally, participants will engage in problem-solving exercises as well as a short case study to conclude the workshop.
