This workshop builds upon the skills learned in the Level 1 Workshop. Participants will come with their conflict style and learn how to flex conflict styles depending on the conflict. Participants will also gain new insights in navigating difficult conversations and learn negotiatied strategies in getting to a solution that is mutually beneficial. The workshop includes problem-solving activities and a case study.
