Creating a culture of feedback is fundamental so individuals feel free, safe, and encouraged to seek, share, and receive feedback. A healthy and valuable feedback culture only works when strategies and boundaries are in place that help facilitate the reception and providing of feedback. In this session, participants will learn the macro elements of creating a culture of feedback and the micro elements of how to ask for feedback and accept it in a way that is productive and actionable. Through the top-down and bottom-up approach, employees and managers will see the value in creating a culture of feedback and the how to give, receive, and ask for feedback in a productive and actionable way.
