Giving, Receiving, and Asking for Feedback

Whether you are giving it or receiving it, feedback is an essential element for improving our self-awareness and how we complete our daily jobs. However, it is not always easy to provide or hear feedback. Additionally, it is not always comfortable to ask someone for feedback. In this session, facilitated by Associate Director for Learning and Development, Meg Ward, participants will learn the difference between providing useful constructive feedback and harmful demotivating criticism. Participants will also learn how to ask for feedback and accept it in a way that is productive and actionable.
