This webinar talks about how to stay motivated to exercise at home.  We will discuss how to body weight train, do express exercises & do various stretches that can be done at a desk or chair.  We will also discuss other ways to exercise besides the gym (such as gardening, hiking, biking, jumping rope, punching bag, etc).
