This workshop presents an introduction to R, a programming environment for statistical analysis. We cover the fundamentals of R as a programming language how to input data into the environment, and run descriptive statistics, hypothesis tests, and linear models. We also look at R’s graphical capabilities and highlight additional packages that offer functionality not found in other software packages.
