This four week class is designed to introduce you to a variety of skills in mindfulness and meditation and give you the opportunity to practice and apply them in your daily life. We ask all students commit to a daily 10 minute practice of the skills each week.
Mindfulness is a way of living that focuses on being in the present moment and practicing awareness of your thoughts, feelings and environment, without judgement.
