Mindfulness & Meditation 4-week Class

This four week class is designed to introduce you to a variety of skills in mindfulness and meditation and give you the opportunity to practice and apply them in your daily life. We ask all students commit to a daily 10 minute practice of the skills each week.

Mindfulness is a way of living that focuses on being in the present moment and practicing awareness of your thoughts, feelings and environment, without judgement.

Benefits of mindfulness and meditation include: 

  • Decrease in stress and anxiety
  • Improved sleep quality
  • Improved self-compassion, gratitude, and empathy 

Attendance is REQUIRED for all 4 sessions:
