Audience: Bentley Managers
Description: The term psychological safety is defined as "a shared belief that the team is safe for interpersonal risk-taking", and while it might feel like a high level, intangible concept, the benefits cited over the years for workplaces and teams that foster psychological safety are tangible and have both small and large impacts on team dynamics and culture. But what if some team members don’t feel comfortable speaking up? What if they’re afraid to share their concerns or ask challenging questions? What if they avoid brainstorming ideas because they’re worried about rejection? In this session, participants will learn what psychological safety is, how to create it, and the benefits you'll see and feel once you do!
