In this Quarterly Managers’ Forum, Vince Poon (HR Compensation Manager), will discuss employee recognition strategies, including the introduction of the new GEM peer-to-peer recognition program for Bentley staff. Managers will learn about Bentley recognition programs and share ideas for ways to express gratitude and recognition in teams.
Small group discussion between managers will take place throughout the forum.
