The Racial Equity 101 Workshop is designed to introduce participants to language and best practices towards incorporating equity practices into their roles and actions. With a focus on systemic aspects of racism, this training prepares individuals to more critically question how race, racism and racial equity gaps show up in situations and offers strategies to makes changes.
