In this training, employees and managers will learn about available HR resources and be guided and empowered to pair these with the layered framework of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to better understand employee engagement and retention. Through understanding the hierarchy of needs and its applications to the employee experience, managers can better determine whether their employee needs are met in the workplace and how it is impacting motivation and engagement.
