Respect, Recognition, Retention: HR Resources and Employee Hierarchy of Needs(Manager Development Training)

In this Manager Development training, managers will be guided and empowered by Meg Ward (Associate Director of Learning & Development) to pair HR resources with the layered framework of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs to better understand employee engagement and retention.   Through understanding the hierarchy of needs and its applications to the employee experience,  managers can better determine whether their employee needs are met in the workplace and how it’s impacting motivation and engagement.
