DESCRIPTION:Fostering a strong sense of belonging on campus can greatly imp
 act the success of our first-generation students. In this workshop\, atten
 dees will gain insight and actionable strategies to create an inclusive en
 vironment and meaningful connections for our First Falcons. We will explor
 e four areas of belonging within the context of higher education and refle
 ct on practical approaches to increase a sense of belonging. Participants 
 will gain insights into the unique experiences of first-generation student
 s and learn how to leverage institutional resources to address these needs
  effectively.
