About this Event
This year's Undergraduate Research Day is shaping up to be our biggest event yet! More than 100 students will present their unique scholarly research. Most of these students are completing an Honors capstone. Some are Valente researchers. There are a few Liberal Studies Major capstone presentations too. This year there will be a presentation from one of the Rainbow Scholars, and there will also be presentations from some First Falcon Presidential Fellows researchers. Many of the faculty mentors are also researching faculty. There is sometimes crossover between the student’s work with their faculty mentor, as the Student Research Assistanship program often generates real interest in research and inspires students to tackle their own scholarly questions.
